I watched a few mintues at the end of the T-wolves opening game (which they won) and it was just bodies, bodies, bodies clogging the paint on offense.

I don't want to say it was obvious, but it was obvious.

Good time to remind everyone what the Wolves gave up for Baquette Biyombo

Made no sense why he made it. If he really wanted defense he should of waited one more year for Draymond next year and threw the full max at him.

Gobert can’t even be trusted to be playable in a playoff series

Danny Ainge always manages to get some GM to do something insanely dumb

How do u get catfished by Gobert?

It wasn't obvious pairing Gobert with KAT was a terrible idea? oh wait, it was. Again they'll probably have their ok regular season and then Gobert gets exposed in the playoffs for how many years in a row now? I honestly have lost track how many times he gets played off the floor every single year

going all in for Gobert of all people was just flat out dumb

You know...what this team really needed was a versatile forward that could score and defend but didn't need to be a star.

Someone like Andrew Wiggins would really help them.

Timberwolves prove to me another point is that while the NBA as a whole has definitely the greatest amount of talent across the board in terms of shooting, but the amount of athletic guys who only know how to score is definitely at its heighest. We might have seen just big guys who can rebound and are strong enough to be solid defenders play in the 90s with at least fundamentals, just like right now we just have wings who can shoot and lack fundamentals. Not sure which one is better, but I definitely think had Von Wafer come out in this era, he would be amazing and get paid. In the 90s, Von Wafer would've failed. So the NBA is definitely not at the top of some evolutionary ladder. D'Angelo Russell is why I thought about this.

That Gobert trade got completely roasted when it happened and it’s actually gone downhill from there. Makes the CP3/Westbrook trade look fair and balanced. Absolutely amazing mis management of a roster.

How is Von Wafer getting paid?

He was a one way street guy who could only score.... not many assists or rebounds
