.. You had to wear a clown suit to work? Im not complety serious but Im kinda serious when I say these atrocious looking uniforms may have a negative psychological impact on our players. I mean just imaging having to go to work in a clown suit.. cause thats how they must feel in those things. I wonder how Les would feel if he had to go to work in Murphys most ridiculous striped suit. think about..what would that do to his confidence? those damn things dont even look like their made out of athletic material..they look really uncomfortable. I guess its like playing basketball in bluejean shorts or something. Les is dumbass for not changing the uniforms because he wanted to wait till the new arena opens. your players comfort should come before anything, he left them hanging.. big time.
ok, forget the material part. You dont wear a clown suit to work and it not have some psychological impact on you. subconcioulsy or whatever, you eventually just feel like a dumbass.
I definantly agree. There have been many studies indicating that the subconscious part of your brain feeds off what you choose to wear. People always tell you to wear a red tie in job interviews. The color red gives you self-confidence and an aura of power. I don't know why the Rockets ever scrapped the red color.
No, there's still some red.... ...serving as the symbolistic clown's nose on the grinning rocket's nasal. btw, does she/he have a name? Can we deploy it to Iraq for "good" use forever???
I would be tempted to haul ass down Richmond while having a bag of the "sticky icky" in my center console.
