    This is a very important poll, to see how the dynamics of this forum and the Rockets fan community in general will change as a result of T-Mac's departure.

    So, how exactly will T-Mac leaving the Rockets affect your following of the team?

    T-Mac obviously brought a lot of fans with him (as some like to call TOFs) when he came to the Rockets. Some became die hard Rockets fans, some liked the Rockets because their favorite player was on the team, and the rest only kept up with the Rockets to see T-Mac. And of course, there's the other group which has no affiliation with T-Mac and their team outlook will be unaffected.

    So, which category do you fall into?

    I was a fan way before T-mac got here... and will be one when hes long gone...

    Nothings going to change for real Rocket fans. Its still about the team, and as for the "tofs", the garm would be better without them. :cool:

    Changes will be done to the TOFs, I loved the Rockets before T-Mac, and i'll love them after T-Mac is gone.

    No change. The team has 100% support from me. That doesn't mean I won't criticize them in a constructive manner.

    he was entertaining when healthy. not to mention, he gives us a hell to talk about.

    however, as long as Yao is part of this team, i'll always be interested.

    I have been a HOUSTON ROCKET fan since I moved here in 81. I will always
    be a Rocket fan. No one player will ever change that for me. For all of you who put the player before the team, you have no clue.

    Ive been watching the Basketball since the 1890's.. so F all of you kids and learn your history..

    I've always liked Tmac, isn't thrilled that he's gone, but i will always be a rockets fan..

    until Yao Ming leave of course ;)

    i think you should add another option. 'rockets are my favorite team, but it will be tough to watch them for awhile'

    I am TMac only hater, like everybody else on the team. Perfect for me. I was all for TMac <=> Gordon + Noah last year, didn't happen.

    It's simple really, the site is called CLUTCHfans, not YAOfans or TMACfans. I can understand people rooting for the Rockets cause Yao and T-Mac are/were on the roster, but for me, I don't care who's playing, the Rockets are the Rockets.

    Hell, we endured seasons of having Matt Maloney as one of the feature guards and seasons having to use Anthony Miller for substantial minutes. No matter who suits for the Rockets, the Rockets will always be my team.

    GO ROCKETS!
