I wasnt able to watch the game and was wondering if they played some good d to get back into the game. Juding by Cato's 7 blocks, the edge on the Spurs steals (13-7) and that the Spurs were limited to 43% shooting it would seem that they did, but the box score doesnt tell the whole story. What do you guys think?

As usual, the defense was brutal in the first quarter. I forgot what the spurs shot, but it was around 60%. Then, the defense got progressively better as the game went on, and was pretty good at the end.

That sucks, I cant wait until we can play 4 consecutive quarters of defense. Every single night it seems that we start out slow as heck and then its like we have to kick up the octane to catch up each and every night. Hopefully it will help when we have two of our key players back next year.

It was awful, our guys just don't understand what it takes to win in the NBA.

They coast more often then not...thus their crap record.

They talk a good game, but they don't have a clue. They won 45 games last yr and thought people were going to roll out the red carpet for them. They don't play hard until the game is almost over. When the team comes out flat, why not a 1-2-2 press or a 1-3-1 or anything that would change the tempo or flow of the game?
