Especially close losses like this one, I just keep giving myself grey hairs. So please tell me, how do you guys deal with it, and what do u suggest to ease the pain?

I just don't let it bother me. Basketball is fun, but it's a game. Try to find other fun and entertaining things to do in order to take your mind off of losses.

Some loses are harder to take than others.

I used to be completely floored by these things but - I have learnt (forced) to deal with these things for the sake of my health (spiritual, mental and physical).

I just try hard to focus on the next game.

I am about to head out the door to workout. Mainly to play basketball. It helps me feel a little bit more in control about things, relieve some stress, and stay healthy all at the same time.

I think of last season, and suddenly the losses doesn't seem that bad.

Start a new thread demanding the firing of whichever player had a bad game.

I get so down, and I think to myself that I should not care as much. Oh well, I cant change it. That is why last year was one of the worst seasons ever. They better beat freaking Boston.

I deal with losses by imagining they were blowout wins, with me starting as Rockets PG. Whoo.
