I just figured out how to start a car with no power. If the car doesn't start and you are in an inclined plane put car in reverse let it roll back and then start the car.
With no power comes no responsibility. I'm inclined to say this is pretty plain. I still don't understand how you "start it" without ignition (making a spark to start burning gas). Seriously, though, thanks but... when will any of us be on an "inclined plane" in Houston streets?
It has to be a standard transmission, right? I've always understood that you can do a rolling start on a standard, but that it won't work for an automatic...
I've seen a push start in person one time in my life though I dont know how it works. I think it only works if your battery is dead but your starter still works, not vice versa.
I thought everyone knew this already, lol. For a automatic you can keep it in neutral and wait 'till you get enough steam and then shift it in gear.
