Does your city government have comprehensive evacuation, search and rescue, and riot control plans? I thought we're suppose to have all of that after 9/11, but after Katrina I'm not so sure anymore. Is anyone here considering being more active in helping formulate such plans in their communities? Do you think more citizens are going to demand detailed response plans from their local officials?
