Last season, I bought a 12-pac of $60 seats (4). The seats I got were pretty much behind the goal (to the left of Rox bench). I wasn't to happy with them, considering the big bucks. I called the ticket office and found out that this is the pecking order: 1. Last year's full season ticket holders, then, 2. New full season ticket, then, 3. Half-season, 4. 12-game, 5. 5-game, and lastly, 6. Single gamers. Knowing that, this year, I got together a consortium of buddys and we bought 4 seats ($60 seats). I'm gonna keep a dozen games and our $60 seats are AWESOME!!! Moral of the story.... gang-up and get the best seats.
