I finally got around to trying this with the uBlock browser extension.

It seems to work for me and cleans up the user experience on this BBS.

Add this to your custom filter: ||s9e.github.io/iframe/2/twitter.min.html$subdocument

Here is an example of what I see with the filter active:

I'll start posting them as pics, just for you.

Nice, I use that ublock feature to kill banners for sites I read.

You can also use scriptsafe extension for even more powerful control, but I think Clutch should disable the plugin on D&D. I'd spend money on the option.

For phones, it's very simple on firefox mobile. Just turn on Enhanced Tracking Protection.

Cool feature, but I'm afraid that users who activate this feature will not understand that DEI MUST DIE.

If you just put ATW on ignore it does pretty much the same thing :). I put him on ignore yesterday and I get 5 less posts per page in the Harris thread. It's a one person spam filter.

But you miss out on very educational content.

    Don't do this to yourself.

    P.S.: I know y'all are peeking anyway.

It's not all about you, though I question your mental from time to time when you make up three quarters of the posts in a thread.

Low effort Xeets make the D&D unreadable. People either have their own feeds or don't like Twitter.

I'd go for using the filter if it would only work on the D&D.

This. So much this. It's really not about any specific posters, though of course Xeet sharting rates vary widely between our community members.

I just find the X algorithm anti-thinking in general. And increasingly right wing. Correlate those if you wish.
