After reading the thread, What did you have for lunch today?, it made me wonder if anyone exercises?:D
I have a generally good to crappy diet but have a natural slim build. I do however, exercise twice to four times a week just cuz it feels good and I guess it somehow it keeps you fit. Anything is better than nothing. I exercise more in the summer for sure. I hate the winter and am a big puss in the cold, anything below60 is too cold for me to do anything.

So how much do you exercise?

I get pretty regular exercise. I play hoops twice a week (pickup ball), and play in a league on Tuesday nights also.

I run 2-3 times per week.

I play tennis once a week if not more.

My problem is consistency. I've been tracking my workouts monthly. Worked out 15 times in Sept. and 9 in Oct. 3 for 5 so far in November. Starting to feel/look better though.

I usually do 20 to 35 minutes on the eliptical. Shin splints and ankle injuries prevent me from running.

I workout one body part per day. 2-3 exercises, 3 sets of 15 each. Not much of a workout huh? I think chicks prefer the lean muscular look, so I don't want to get any bigger.

Mrs. JB, pilates looks pretty hard. Where can I find out where I can do that stuff?

My office opens at 9, so I can get 2 hours in the gym every morning before work.

Mon & Th: chest, triceps, abs
Tu & Fri: shoulders, biceps, back
    Mon-Wed-Fri: ACL rehab
I run a mile 3 times a week and do elliptical and/or stationary bike the other 2 days.

I've dropped 30 lbs in the last 6 months & today I'm wearing 33" pants for the first time in about 5 years. Hooray for me.

Of course, it's too bad that it took a $30K knee operation to motivate me to get back in shape.

I weight train for an hour five days a week. I'm getting fat though, so I need to start doing cardio again.

I weight train, and shoot hoops all the time. I am in great shape. :) I am 5'10" and weight around 150. I am only 15 though, so I have a fast matabalism. I'm actually going to go shoot hoops in a few minutes, since I have basketball tryouts at school 2morrow.
    EDIT:
Darn. It is too cold and dark right now to shoot, since it is 5 pm here. :(

I run 10 miles a day, 7 days a week. I took my first day off in several years a few weeks ago when a friend i haven't seen in 8 years came to visit and we got hammered the night before!

I workout a couple times a week, play racquetball a couple times a week and play flag football or basketball once every week. But I'm thinking of stepping it up.

I work out at 11:30 til a little after 12:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Mondays and Thursdays are back, biceps, abdominals, and thighs.

Tuesdays and Fridays are chest, shoulders, triceps, and calves.

I run every morning anywhere from 1 - 2.5 miles. Tehn hit the gym for 40 minutes. So my workouts are done by 6:40am and I can get to work!

I play indoor cricket every Tuesday which is surprisingly hard work. Train for outdoor cricket Wednesday and Thursday, am trying to start playing indoor soccer with my younger brother - which is probably the most intense 36 minutes of my week. Then on Saturday I play outdoor cricket. As you can probably tell I love cricket. Once the cricket season finishes (around April) I'm going to start playing ball, competitively, again, and once my fiance and myself get out new house, I'm going to setup my "weights gym" and aim to work out around 4-5 times a week (hopefully we will get our new house in about 3 months)

Congrats Buck! Did you diet also, or was it mostly just the working out that helped you lose the weight.

I used to be in really great shape. I was a professional dancer, I worked out, and played basketball all the time. Now I have another job, so my profession doesn't help to keep me in shape. I'm not in bad shape, but I do need to lose 10-15lbs.

I usually exercise at least Monday through Friday due to school. (athletics class for 45 minutes.) Most of the time we go to the weight room during the week, but we occasionaly do other things. If it is not bad weather, I'll play basketball on pretty much any day.

However, basketball practice starts this Saturday, so I will be exercising a lot more. I really don't need it though. I'm kind of similar to TheReasonSF3 in that I'm about 6', weigh around 160lbs, and I am 16 so I have high metabolism as well. My mom and sisters are angry that I eat a bunch of junk and don't gain much weight.

MWF - I alternate between biceps/shoulders and chest/tris, occasionally I mix in some leg or back work. I haven't been able to do shoulders since I hurt my back though.
