    ...167 then 200 now.

A couple of my buddies were having this discussion the other day. All were over 20. Once had gone up to 223 from 140. Crazy.

From 230 down to 194 as of today. I've lost all of that since the new year, although I've fluctuated a couple times in the past few years and was at this weight about 4 years ago. Least I've weighed since then.

    40. From 185 to 225. And it's even worse when you consider that I lost 10 pounds in the first year after high school.

How many years out are you?

In my defense, I'm 6'2'' and just filled out muscles wise...

Me now at 30: 175 pounds

10 years out. I am not bragging or whatever. My body is freeking weird - it has never mattered how much I ate, worked out, drank, been lazy... Pretty much always the same weight since ~18.

I will say, however, that I am almost never "still". I prefer to be active, one way or another. And usually with intensity. It drives my wife nuts.

great question...I was talking to my cousin this weekend and he was 280 not to long ago and now he's 215...pretty amazing...he doesn't eat past 6 pm  and exercises...

When I was in high school, i was proabably around 175 (5'11")...Many years have passed (closing in on my 20 year HS reunion) and have had many life changing events (3 kids, marriage/divorce, etc)...

My heaviest was probably around 250 - 260, actually twice, once after my 3rd kid and second, about 1 1/2 years ago...I'm now 203 and striving for 190lbs or better...I try not to focus on weight but more so on how clothes fit...I finally wore some jeans this past Saturday night that I bought a while back that now fit great...

I've put on about 50, although I do have to preface that by saying I had a bad case of mono senior year and weighed 98 pounds when I graduated.

I was around 180-185 when I graduated high school. I ballooned to an all-time high of 241 last year (9 years out) for a gain of 56-61 pounds. :( Through exercise and proper diet I've been able to bring it down to 213 and it's still falling. :)

People aren't lying when they say relationships affect your weight. :D

I weigh the same. Right at 225. I was better proportioned back then though. My muscle from high school football turned into the exact same weight in fat.
