Is it possible for us to sign the coming free agent Tim Dunken? I am becoming a rockets' fan because of Yao Ming, but I have little knowledge of rockets, please tell me about its team management /contract or some web site for the information. Thanks
First, it's Tim Duncan. Secondly, the cap is ~$42m. The Rockets salary for this year is ~$49m. Third, the team salary may go up or down next summer (not extending Collier, re-signing KT, unexpected 1st round pick, normal raises) but the Rocks will still be over the cap meaning they will only have the MCE to offer Duncan. Unless, Duncan "forces" SA to a Sign and Trade (don't hold your breath), it isn't going to happen.
