I was wondering how much you spend on your haircuts and what comes with it for the price shampoo shave shoulder massage use of styling product
I'm sorry, but anyone that spends $20-$30 for a haircut is a tool. When I do get my hair cut (like once every four months or so), I go to this little Vietnamese place that only charges $3.
It was $12.00 + $3.00 tip for a total of $15.00 for a cut and style, but he raised his rates $2.00 so it cost me $17.00 now.. I've been going to this guy for many years so I don’t mind the higher price and he fits me in anytime I need a haircut.. If I move or he quits I wont be paying that much for a haircut anymore..
I let my hair grow longer than 10" and then shave it all off. I mail the hair to "Locks Of Love" and start over again. Haircut is free, postage varies.
$12 haircut + $5 tip = $17 My barber has been cutting hair for over 50 years... so he has the designation from the state as a "master barber".. those guys RULE
I normally spend around 11 bucks, then tip 3. On wednesdays though if I remember, they have $9 cuts at the place I go to.
I need to find a cheap, good barber inner loop (preferably in downtown). My wife refuses to cut my hair. I've considered cutting it myself, but I've been told that that's not a good idea - I might end up looking like I got an AntiSonic $3 flowbee haircut.
that's interesting. i shave my head about 2 times a year. i suppose it get's pretty close to 10" (my hair grows really fast.) i've never thought about donating it, though. nice one... [i shave my head once in the spring and once mid-summer. i then let it grow until the following spring. it's a temperature thing... obviously, the spring version is MUCH longer. maybe i need to donate.]
I am a sucker for old-timey barbershops. I found a new one that I go to in Montrose. They charge $13. The barber is a woman from Mexico. She speaks pretty good English. I get a haircut, sideburn trim, ear and nose hair trim, and a head and shoulder massage. Email me via this board if you want the name and location of the place. They do great work.
I like to go to barbershops where the barbers dont speak much English. Then I don't have to engage them in meaningless chit-chit.
$5 + $2 (sometimes more) tip and she always does a good job. i used to pay $10 plus tip but then i realized how stupid that was when i found my current barber (hair stylist, in this case).
