I've recently been thinking about selling my laptop computer and upgrading to a newer laptop with a better video card and hard drive, so I was wondering about how much I could get for my used laptop. My friend recently bought a freakin pentium II 233 MHz laptop with a DVD upgrade (will a DVD even work in a CPU that slow) for like 500 bucks, and while I told him he was a dumbass and got ripped off, that got me started thinking that I might be able to get a little $$$. The specs on my computer: 700 MHz Celeron processor 128 megs of ram 4x4x24 CD-RW Floppy Drive 10 gig hard drive 56K modem Ethernet card And it came with Microsoft Office 2000, which is nice. So about how much would something like this go for?
How old is it, what manufacturer, what size is the screen, any defects? They are selling around 500$ on Ebay. Back in 1999 I sold my IBM laptop (266mhz, 32mb ram, dvd) for 1100$ on Ebay
Man, I need to get on Ebay. I may never buy anything from there, but I sure as hell want to sell a lot of stuff if people are going to be bidding up prices like they're nuts.
