How many times a day do you visit here, even just to read? I think I must come into the BBS between 12 and 20 times per day. I generally finish a pile of work, check BBS, THEN check my personal email. Do another pile of work, then check the BBS again! Silly huh!!! what about you?
Depends...when I'm doing work at my desk....frequently (20 times range). When not, maybe once a day. Never on weekends.
Probably around a dozen times or so. Of course that isn't counting the times I hit refresh hoping for another thread...reply.... anything damnit, just give me something.
10 I usually get on in the morning when I am going through all of the emails that someone has replied to a thread I subscribed to. 20 Then I work a while and check it when I get new emails. 30 The during lunch I check it. 40 Then I work a while and check it some more. 50 Then I go home. 60 Then I check it some more. 70 Then I go to bed. 80 GOTO Line 10.
Between 2 to 4 times usually. I'm helter skelter too... No pattern. Some of you guys probably have a "schedule".
I visit this site dozens of times and sometimes leave myself logged on for hours every day. Something about weird people typing weird stuff keeps me coming back...
the BBS is my hobby. the only time im not on here it seems like is if im on the phone or not at home. i like it... a lot
i visit it many times...but mostly just read. if you are not an important member, its dangerous to post here.
How do you think I aquired 5000+ posts? Don't you hate it when people answer a question with a question....or two questions...?
People who believe that, never become important members. It's not like people start posting and immediately are accepted - their takes and personalities are what make or break them.
I post waaaaaay too much here, I think - most of my 950+ posts have come in the past 6 months, or else my average would be closer to 4 a day. I pretty much check it on impluse...if I think something might be here to read, I usually fire up the BBS. Otherwise, I wait until I think something might be here to read....which usually isn't long considering the number and quality of posters here.
I am on here until the boss tells me to do something else, at which point I launch a process and return to here. I have moved my laptop into the lab so management types can't keep tabs on me so easily.
