    I think a lot of people would get it for non-personal things, and get a second phone for the personal stuff/plots to blow up national landmarks/talking about own financial investments.

    it is free

    I don't think the 'learned' folx would
    but
    poor people would see it as one less bill

    I thought the US government already did this. So now they are offering free phones and service? This deal cannot be passed up! I give this deal 5 stars!!
