How many national games do you think the Rockets will have?

I think it depends on a couple of things:

1. Who do we get in the draft. If we get lucky and get a top 3 pick, I think that helps. A Francis-Martin duo I'm sure would attract some attention.

2. Does Dream announce this is his last year? Or does CB come back to play 1 last year (yeah I know it won't happen either). Although it wouldn't be a great thing for exposure, I think it would make Rockets games (especially at the end of the year) much more viewable from a ratings standpoint.

3. Any trades or FA signings? People watch players more than teams (just like Vince Carter, probably alot of NBA fans know him but would stumble on which team he plays for).

Realistically I don't see alot of games on National TV unless we get lucky in the lottery, or if we make a blockbuster trade. But TV exposure doesn't make you a great team. If we start winning we will be on TV, we just have to show we can win.

 

Seeing as the every Lakers game will probably be televised next year, we'll get 4 appearances.

 

We will get like 2. The lakers and kings will get the rest.

and late in the season when we are beating
everyone mercilessly

NBC will bump Dallas, Vancouver, New Jersey,
Denver, Clippers, and Chicago
to put us on.

I know NBC likes Lakers, Kings, NY
so we could get all our games with them
