Not a lot..And that's not only cause he's coming back from injury, but cause there's no time to spare anymore....When Collier comes back, we should trade KT, Bull, and LOS to whoever wants them.....We have too many big men, and we can't get Collier and Cato and Hakeem enough minutes with KT around....

BTW, is it possible to put someone under intense training/weightlifting during sometime on the IL for no reason at all? For example, if we were to put KT into a seiously intense physical fitness program so he can lose some of that baby fat and become faster, then can that be a reason to put him on the IL? I think KT can be our SF if he loses 20lbs.....

We do have a bit of a logjam at PF and C but Collier is a project who won't get a ton of time if for no other reason than he is a rookie. Rogers is on the injured list now anyway so no one is going to trade for him. Bullard will move back to his normal position of SF except in rare cases where the Rockets need shooting on the floor.

Trading KT makes no sense unless we are absolutely certain Mo T is our power forward of the future AND we can re-sign him in the offseason. Move KT and we could find ourselves without a power forward next year.

Personally, with Cato back, the idea of a back-up at every position makes me feel better not worse. Even if some players just don't get the minutes they think they should, that is the way it goes. You put the guys out there who give you your best shot at winning. Period. If we win with people not normally on the floor, we still won the game.

No. The league is cracking down on the phantom injury because of all that it implies. Besides, KT does not have the quickness to face up against most SF's in the league. He can definitely overpower them, but defensively, he could be in trouble.

I think that is the nature of someone like Thomas. He will match-up well with some and not so well with others. You just have to use him where you can.

Another big problem is Cato says he's not familiar with all of the plays. Maybe he should have spent more time on the bench with a clipboard like a good backup QB.

Yeah. Then everyone would criticize him for not spending enough time in the weight room. [IMG]

    Just one point,
Bullard hasn't played many (if any) minutes at SF in a LONG time! His "natural" position is at PF, and that's where Rudy likes to use him because of the matchup problems it causes in terms of drawing the opposition big men away from the hoop.

Last time I can remember Bull at SF was when he was drawing a charge from Pippen with Pip playing in a Bulls uniform [IMG]
