Weeknights I go to bed around 11:30 and wake up at 6. Weekends it varies but I usually end up with at least 8-9 hours.
Same here, unless there's a WEST COAST / MOUNTAIN TIME Rockets or Astros' game . Mrs. SwoLy-D makes sure I don't go past that time, and so do my little girls. I thought single fellas (and fellas without kids) had time to nap and rest more, and stuff... don't you? Royals, I thought all snooze buttons worked in 5's or 10's...
How many hours do I need to be a fully well-rested? 9-10. How many hours do I actually get on an average weeknight? 7.
wow I love eggo's Not sure if you are a fan or just wanted a cool name, but by chance do you know if in the 90's the standard was something other than the "Homestyle" that is available today?
7.5 is the sweet spot if I'm getting that amount every night. If I get less a couple nights in a row, I need 8.5 to recover.
My standard sleep hours during the week are 10:30-5:30. If I'm watching a game that goes past 11:00, I may stay on the couch watching it, but I'm usually not going to stay awake. Often, on late games, especially with the Astros, I go to bed and turn it on the radio and sleep mode.
Infant daughter. I'm lucky to get 5-6 total and 4 consecutive. She teased us by sleeping through the night a few days last week.
The past 2 months, ive been sleeping anywhere from 3-5 hours total. Not straight either, i sleep for about an hour and a half to two, then wake up for about an hour or two, than go back and take another 45 minute nap. Dont get my wrong, I love my kid, but cott damn i didnt know it would be this way....Im tired as hell...
I try to get at least 6 hours a night, but that's not always possible. I make up for it on the weekends, when I get about 9.
