I'm thinking 50ish wins for the season.

The loss of Parsons, Lin and Asik will take some adjustment and the bench isn't exactly deep. Any injuries of any kind to Dwight or Harden will also seriously hurt the team's ability to win.

I also expect some losses due to the tendency of Dwight and Beverley to get in foul trouble. The lack of depth at the 5 and 1 will be emphasized whenever foul trouble rears its ugly head.

I just wanted a record of this for the end of the season. Tooting my own horn, I was within 1 win last season. Unlike lots of fans, I don't think we took a step back this year. No step forward, but certainly no step back either.

Before the preseason, I though 55.

After the preseason, I also say 53.

I said 55 last season and we got 54.

53 is very mediocre. 58 minimum. Last year we win 55 and lost tons against inferior teams.

What did you see in preseason that you thought would be better than it was?

We will have a better record than last year, say 55+.

Last year's team was unfocused, especially on defense. The current squad is more cohesive with a needed emphasis to improve on D.

The above assumes that either Harden or Howard are not out for a any significant length of time.

The media will eat crow by April.

Our inability to score without James Harden in the game.

I thought DMo/Jones would get a little better too, but it appears they haven't. Dorsey was a lot worse than I thought as well.

I could definitely see us winnign 55, but KPap has to develop and increase his 3 point percentage. He is key IMO.

    I'm changing this to 82-0.

Most improved coach of the year Mchale
Defensive player of the year Harden
