it seems like rice didn't play too much today compared to stevie and mobes. if i'm not mistaken wasn't he complaining about time and touches when he left NY. I'm not sure but could someone fill me in... I hope his injury is not as bad as we thought it was

I dunno but he looked horrible tonight. It didn't look like he was moving very well.

I think Langhi is safe for now...

Especially since we're thin at the SF and PF

Reason I say we are thin at both is Walt and Glenn are injury prone the last couple of seasons...

And without Taylor we either have a small PF or a great future PF(just not ready to dominate) So I could see Morris playing here especially if any one of these guys get hurt...

I haven't seen a exhibition this season so I'm just thinking out loud....

Rice moved fine, but he was pretty confused by the system methinks. He will very likely get 30+ minutes when he is hitting and he is comfortable in the system. I saw a couple of botched passes, etc because he cut when someone thought he was staying. That will come in time.

Rice set some pretty good picks. I thought I was seeing the same play where Rice sets the pick, immobilizes two defenders and Francis gets open for the j. In the first quarter Francis had a big smile on his face and looked at Rice and when the timeout was called, they walked off the court laughing. Good to see some chemistry developing.

Actually Rice ISN'T injury prone. He has this foot injury, but it hasn't caused him to miss any games. He missed 7 games last year, and I think he played in all but maybe a few games 2 years ago. I agree with Jeff, it's just that he is trying to fit into the system. Physically he's fine.

I hope Rice regains his fitness,he is crucial to our playoff hopes.
Is Walt injured? I don't know why he didn't play yesterday.
