How long do the doctors make you wait when you go? I've been getting mad because it seems like forever. Does anyone know what they are doing back there when they make you wait forever, esp when you have an appointment?
I usually waited less than 30 minutes each visit after my shoulder surgery, but I've had some experiences of longer than an hour.
I usually go to a clinic that is first come first serve. I try to plan for times like late in the day or Saturday morning, since there's never anyone there then. (on the rare occasions I get around to going to a doctor... which is when there's something really wrong) It does seem like: if I bring a bag of homework, they will see me right away. If I don't bring anything to do and/or don't feel good enough to do it, they will take forever and I'll be stuck with someone's crying babies in the waiting room.
