heh, just went to Fuddruckers for dinner at work, had a Southwest 1/2 lb Burger with Pepper Jack, Bacon, and Gucamole usually I get my burgers medium well with no veggies, bacon, cheese, and other really really fatty ingredients, yet, I don't like mayo
Everyone I know likes very little on their burgers - kinda strange to me. more stuff equals more flava. I like 'em loaded with all the stuff: Lettuce Extra pickles Tomato Onions Cheddar Cheese Mustard & Ketchup Bacon yum.
Medium-Well American Cheese Onions Pickles Ketchup Mayo or Mustard (one or the other, rarely both) Occasionally Mushrooms or Jalapenos, but never both

medium (1/3rd pound and up please...less just makes me angry) toasted egg bun tomato pickle chopped or grilled onion mayo sharp cheddar cheese
cooked medium, at least 1/2 a pound Toasted bun mayo on both sides pepper on the mayo on the bottom half lettuce, iceburg only, this is a burger for chrissakes 2 slices of tomato grilled onions ketchup
A nice thick toasted bun Well done a little mayo brown mustard not that bright yellow crap lettuce tomatoes a little bit of chopped onions pico de gallo sliced avocado swiss cheese (sometimes) grilled mushrooms (sometimes)
My burger iterations are too numerous to list here; medium rare, no pickles, no yellow mustard are the only hard & fast rules. My personal favorite at the moment is wheat bun, pepper jack, bacon, avocado, red onion, smidge of real mayo b/t meat & bottom bun, smidge of ketchup on top bun.
I never eat my burgers less than well done. It's not like a steak. My favorite burger is spicy mustard and a ton of pico de gallo...
Medium-well Mustard (lots) Lettuce Tomatoe (thick) Pickle (lots) Purple Onion Man, my wife brought home a box of those Angus Burgers from Sam's Club. Couple of those for lunch tomorrow...
