How do you out of the country Rockets fans keep up with games?

    Hey guys I am stuck here in Bogota, Colombia for my job. I tried going to a local sports bar here but all I found was 10 TVs covering different soccer games. I also tried the CCTV thing and PPLive but had some problems with those as well. I was wondering if anyone knew any other way to catch Rox games through live video streaming or even audio streaming. Has anyone ever done the live streaming to sports radio 610? If so do they allow listeners to hear the Rockets games? I just tried to connect to test it and it said that because of legal issues that they were unable to allow me to hear 610. I really want to be ready for tommorrow I am too damn excited about the start of the season to get my heart broken. Any other tips or methods would be helpful. Thank you guys so much

    P.S. My current method sucks which is to check into the ESPN live game stats coverage and refresh every 30 seconds. That and refresh the Game thread here every 45 seconds.

    Before this year and streamtvnow it has been through audio pass on the nba website.

    TSN or Sportsnet...it's tough, don't get all the games you americans do...but i get by.

    chatroom pbp, or that internet tv(that chinees channel, i do not remember the name), unfortunatly the rockets play mostly at 3 am where I live :( so mostly i sleep when the rockets play.

    Hey guys thanks for all of the advice. I now know exactly what I want for Christmas this year. That slingbox looks fantastic. Thanks Da-Glyde for your recommendation. When I go home for Thanksgiving that is definitely what I am picking up. Till then I ordered NBA Audio streams form NBA.com (thanks dockerland) That and the play by play should hold me over through November. Thanks again guys.

    P.S. Da-Glyde have you tried Slingbox? Has anyone tried it? If anyone has some feedback about slingbox I would really appreciate it. The main thing I worried about is the stream being clear and not all choppy.

    This is the only site, where I can know about the rockets games (live)

    Im sad because I cant see the rockets games.

    It gets the job done.. I have mine setup with my DirecTv TIVO and it works well, the stream isnt gonna look 100% like a TV pic, it's clear enough for me but your mileage will differ with the internet connection you have at the time.. I mostly use mine at work to catch up on shows over lunch, we have a full T-3 so our speeds are good..
