Variety of greens, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, onion, olives, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and oil/vinegar. I don't mind a little Gorgonzola as well.
Greek. Either the way they do it in Greece, with tomatoes that taste like tomatoes, sliced cucumber, kalamata or other Greek olives, Feta cheese, sliced red onion, maybe some sliced green peppers, Greek olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and sprinkled with oregano, which is how I like it, or American style, with what I listed along with chopped lettuce. Fabulous. The trick is to use the freshest ingredients and sea salt on the tomatoes a few minutes before adding everything else. If you do that with the tomatoes, you can leave out the vinegar.
Salad is a surprisingly delicate dish, you cant just throw veggies together IMO (my parents did that growing up). I like greek salads, pico, caesar, cobb, I just don't like the salads that don't come together. Like a bunch of spinach leaves with ranch on them or something.
