Before you think about it, no drugs being mentioned ie. PM's, benzodiazepines, mar1juana mmkay. I can fall asleep easily with the tv on because I'm not so consumed with intent on falling asleep. Problem is, my girl, for about 11 years now, has to have silence and complete darkness to get to sleep(light sleeper too ). I hate laying in bed focusing on going to sleep and usually takes a while. She knows this and my tricks to prolong this so I can fall asleep with the TV on. I start out by taking my boxers off, (no homo, i'm laying next to a girl, ****) laying on my right side working gradually to my stomach, right before my brain is ready to sleep, I get on my back and fall asleep. I wake up and I turn on my stomach then fall into deep sleep. With 1 to 2 wake ups morning is here, I'm on my stomach head at a right angle on the edge of the bed. So how do you sleep?
I like falling asleep with the tv on, but recently, I have only been able to fall asleep in complete darkness. So I usually listen to something on my computer (tv show or music) with the brightness turned completely off and fall asleep.

After putting the baby to bed around 9:30, we finally have some alone time to watch the tube, catch up on some shows or chores, do other stuff (cough, cough), and by the time I finally lay in bed, I'm exhausted. I may read a few pages (often just using a book light), before falling asleep. So my rx for anyone having sleep problems. Have a kid!
lucky b****, I can see why someone could have insomnia, but I don't let my mind take it that far, luckily. I would hate to not be able to fall asleep
Do I have to pay for that prescription kind sir? Or is there some sorta government assistance program that I coulda... this might head to the D&D and I wouldn't be able to post in it anymore.
