The Rockets have no cap room. We all know this. My question is......why? I admit, I'm asking out of ignorance. I really don't know. I mean, I know Dream is taking a big chunk. But who else? Franchise can't be taking all that much, he's only a second year player. I know Williams is over-payed, but who else is sucking all of this money away?.....and why aren't we getting rid of them?
