Well, we now have an able PF in our line-up for at least a year...but I am still baffled why nothing was humored about Marcus Fizer this summer. Chicago does not need him, and certainly Portland will not have an immediate need for him unless both teams plan to use him as a back-up. I would assume the Rockets would at least try to pursue him a little harder if this Taylor ordeal resulted in a different way. Anyone has any clues on this? ------------------ Having a Rockets jersey, $40.00 Having a Rockets t-shirt, $15.00 Having CLUTCHCITY.NET, PRICELESS!
The title should've said: "How come we never heard of Fizer's name so far?" ------------------ Having a Rockets jersey, $40.00 Having a Rockets t-shirt, $15.00 Having CLUTCHCITY.NET, PRICELESS!
Why would the Bulls be inclined to trade him?? Because they have Brand? I doubt it. They have a hot commodity they got for a cheap price. He is an unproven rookie that has star potential and has a fairly low salary for the next 3-4 years. Unless the Bulls get an offer they simply can not refuse, he isn't going anywhere. ------------------ Don't you have anything better to do?
1) I was *very* when the "get Fizer" threads went away. 2) The threads went away when Kenny Thomas ate his lunch at the Rocky Mt Review. 3) We don't need him and *if* we did, the price is too high right now for someone untested (unproven). ------------------ GATER
