How come no one's talking about Mo's performance?

What did you guys think? He looked OK, but I wasn't overly impressed. He looked too laid back as Najera ran all around him. I was encouraged by his board work though.

Actually, he looked fairly agressive to me. He just didn't shoot well and didn't really have a grasp on the team defense. His individual defense was ok be he really wasn't guarding anyone to often one on one. Nadjera was getting most of his stuff off of loose balls and hustle plays.

Once Mo and the rest of the team learn the defensive schemes, they will all look better.

It was just one game, Taylor missed alot of shots but I was impressed with his rebounding skills he showed. He is a very quick pf.

I was surprised by Mo's board work, but even more by how much respect defenders give him when he is faced up in the high post. Even on a poor shooting night (2 for 9), whoever was defending him bellied up as far out as the free throw line.

I think he got outhustled by Najera, but the game could have gone either way.

I'm looking forward to the Charlotte matchup (they beat the Faker$ tonight). Mo will go against some pretty decent interior defenders.

Good take on Mo guys. I also thought he did alright on the boards, especially on the offensive side. At times, he played like a bull trying to get offensive rebounds. He takes alot of space w/his wide shoulders.Najera did get a few rebounds on him, Taylor reacted to drives or just lost him. His defense was a bit weak at times. He just has to concentrate more. Also it could be that Najera suprised him.Next time, I expect a better job vs the Mavs, especially Najera.

Let´s see how well he fares against PJ tonight. It´s a shame that we won´t be able to see a Mo/Coleman matchup though.

It would´ve been one heckuva challenge defensively for Mo.

mo better eat up "PJ the Brown Hornet"

PJ is seriously overrated in my book. nice j from midrange, but nothing truly special. if you just pay attention to pj he'll shrivel up like a weenie coming out of the swimming pool.

Essentially the top two players to come out of college the last couple of years are Duncan, Carter, and Francis.

PJ has no offensive game whatsoever.

But his defense is among the best in the league.

We´ll see if Mo will have his way with him or not.

    A nice matchup.

Did anyone see Mo cross over on Trent, go to the rack, and dish to Shandon in the corner? Taylor has good handles for a big boy.

A little stutter step, cross, BYE BYE Gary!
