What does Eddie Griffin need to do to become an impact player, and how long will it take? Are the Rockets working with him on his shot, and getting bulked up?

Yes. And yes. From everything (responsible) I have heard they are doing both.

A little age will help. An occasional pass wouldn't hurt.

I love this kid's UPside. It's coming. Have patience. Besides, no one will keep the Queens from the crown this year, not even the Grand Jury.

You can tell he's trying to go inside this year and the only reason he's not succesful is because he doesn't have strength. Another 10lbs, and he becomes the perfect PF for us. For next season, he needs to put on weight, and improve his jumper. Then for one more year, put on muscle SLOWLY and one by one add post moves to his repertoire. By the time he's 24, he'll have around 7 or 8 post moves, and will be STRONG. NOT heavy, but strong, with muscle not mass.
