anyone think David Robinson will be particularly loyal to the Spurs? Would be a nice quick fix at the 5 spot.

While we're at it lets bring in Stockton and Ewing. Seriously though he is in better shape than Dream and can still put up numbers when his back is strong but it would be smarter to simply resign Dream. With the exception of Hakeem we should look for younger post players for a long term solution.

John Starks has one more gonad than David Robinson does.

Yes. I will be very surprised if Robinson does not stay with the Spurs until he retires. I bet that Robinson and Duncan play together until Duncan's contract runs out, at which time Robinson retires.

How can every one be so on board with Antonio Davis and so against David Robinson?

David is considerably better than Antonio.

BTW I don't want Robinson either.

David is considerably better than Antonio.

In what areas? I'd take Antonio Davis well before I'd take Robinson. He's a better jump shooter, is tougher inside, rebounds more, etc. The only edge Robinson has on him is height, which allows him to be a better shotblocker. However, in the area that really matters, heart, it's not even close. Antonio all the way. That Lakers series really showed a lot of Robinson's character.

In What areas? Please? Robinson is easily the better Center. There is no possible argument against that statement.

As far as heart is concearned, I have twice the heart as Robinson myself but I am not as good a center...not by a damn shot.

Its funny how D.R. was once an MVP only a couple years prior Duncan.

I guess the humiliation 'keem put on him just left him scarred.
