i know this is FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR out there....but i think he's a free agent this summer or he can opt out of his contract.....could u imagine a lineup that included shaq as our PF..... lol......he would be the perfect compliment to Yao...total opposite of yao, power, dominate rebounder, inside game.....and then yao can play more of his faceup game and etc...and T-MAC would be free to do watever he wants since no one will double team him.....those 3 and throw in a couple of vetern guards and were set.... lol
LOL - Sure, how about Jordan comes out of retirement and becomes our point guard to back up Kidd. Then we can trade for Lebron, AK47, Amare Stoudemire....
funny, i was just going to make a joke in another outrageous trade proposal thread that at least no idiot has mentioned signing Shaq, yet.
Can someone please issue a citation to this poster for PUI (Posting Under Influence)? Lay off the sticky greens bro
sheeshes, i was just watching espn2 and they mentioned he could become a freeagent this summer.... lol....u never know??? right? ....like everyone is saying, Houston is the place to come .....weirder things have happened.... who would have thought we get Barkley back in the day...or even...Scottie Pippen.... but yeah....I was just throwing it out there, since no one mentioned it yet.... LOL...
Apart from the Kobe situation, Shaq forced a trade because the Laker$ wouldn't extend his current (huge) contract. Given that his 2005-06 Player Option is only slightly less than the BobCats' entire cap, don't hold your breath for him taking our MLE. IOW, Shaq can make $30+m with the Heat or he can get about $15m from the BobCats, Hornets or Hawks or he can play for ~$6m for 2005-06. Shaq is not too good with numbers (read aelliott's sig), but I think he's got this one wired.
