If Houston intends to sign a premiere free agent next summer, their next priority should be player movement -- beginning with Williams and preferably for a player with one year remaining on his contract.

Houston should also consider moving Thomas, Rogers, Massenburg, and Bullard and releasing Miller and Gray.

Williams, Thomas, Rogers, and Massenburg for Croshere. Sounds like a fair deal to me.

    C Olajuwon
    PF Cato, Collier
    SF Croshere (?!), Langhi
    SG Anderson, Mobley
    PG Francis, Norris, Drew

What's Montross doing? I think he would work well with Collier and Langhi in the second unit.

Stay away from Eric Monstrosity! He is bad, bad, bad.

Seriously, I agree with the need for SOME player movement in Gray and Drew. I think those two really would be better served somewhere else. But Montross played in Dallas a few years back, and I got a good look at his skills (or a lack thereof). Trust me when I say, stay away!!
