I filed charges/indictments against cartels and street gangs for years.

What is it that you want to know?

I haven’t seen Narcos, but if the horse has a rider and it is tiptoeing then that is charro. It is part of Mexican cowboy folklore. It also can be done with singing called corrido.

Basically most the Narcos are poor and rural and buy into the Mexican cowboy persona and heritage and compare themselves and view themselves as modern Mexican cowboys that are revered and talked about by the poor peasants.

The Cartels are doing as well as they always have done. The border doesn’t and never has really impacted them. If they lose product at the border they just increase prices. They are doing really well with synthetics right now and have been investing their money in “lawful” businesses. They are invested in a lot of real estate in Texas, Chicago, California and the Midwest. They also own a lot of Mexican restaurants in Chicago and parts outside of Texas.

It’s a synthetic derivative and it is everywhere. It is being mixed in cocaine and especially heroin.

It is all over California already and it is the worst in the New England area and the Midwest.

It is far more destructive than any other popular drug we have had in the USA and most politicians are not talking about it because they realize we can’t stop it. The borders (both) are easy to cross. It is even being mailed into the USA.
