    Ironically the bars in 3rd Ward are not ghetto. It's like a black version of midtown. Even midtown are are seeing violence. The bars in 3rd aren't new and the area is under going gentrification and has been for over a decade

    what geniuses came up with no or cheap bail or bonds? houston is going to vote out all of those judges
