The Cubs Convention is a three-day family event that is held each winter at the Hilton Chicago. The Hilton Chicago is located at 720 S. Michigan Avenue. Cubs Convention is a baseball celebration for the whole family. Activities include autograph and photo sessions, question-and-answer seminars, baseball clinics, hard to find Cubs paraphernalia and much more. Past year's events have been attended by many Cubs greats including Sammy Sosa, Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Corey Patterson, Ernie Banks, Ryne Sandberg, Billy Williams and Lee Smith. 2005 attendees will be confirmed in the fall. All proceeds from the Cubs Convention benefit Cubs Care, the charitable beneficiary of the Chicago Cubs.
