What moves, trades, signings, or draft picks will the Rockets make heading into the 2025–2026 season?
let's all get on social media and spread heinous rumors about copper fleg so he'll fall to us during the draft. do your part .
offense needs a lot more than just fine tuning, let’s be real. We’ve got both an offensive coaching and personnel deficit, especially when it comes to shooters and creators. we have plenty of data on our 2021 and 2022 draftees, it’s time to build a more balanced roster. We didn’t maximize our #2 and #3 picks in those drafts. Now we have to go trade for the #1 option we don’t yet have. This is the hardest part of being a GM: acquiring that #1 guy and it’s what Stone should be judged on. He’s had 4 drafts to do it. Now he needs to demonstrate that he can make the right deal to go from being a good team to a great team.
1) Get someone who can run an offense 2) Surround Amen and Alpi with shooters (who can dribble) 3) Draft Cooper Flagg 4) Sign Naz Reid
Ime's biggest flaw. Demanding defensive perfection at the expense of points. He needs to have high standards but hes almost at unrealistic.
As much as Fred stepped up for the playoffs I was done with him after this season FVV + Tari or Brooks + Suns pick for Durant. Hopefully they will see that as retooling. I would send Tari cause of his low IQ. Depending on the pick though I might change my mind Ty Jerome off the bench would be my wet dream Amen / Reed Green / Jerome KD / Cam Jabari / Brooks Sengun / Adams Work on developing Cam and Reed and trade Jalen at deadline if needed depending how Cam and Reed are performing Might take a step back in regular season but I think will be better for playoffs
The level of inconsistency we’ve seen from Jalen Green over the past three years blows my mind……… and yet Udoka couldn’t even start developing Reed Sheppard as the No. 3 overall pick this season? You DO NOT let a top-3 pick just rot on the bench, no matter his flaws. If Jalen Green can get three full seasons of playing time while “figuring it out” and ultimately NOT figuring it out because he’s still so inconsistent, then there’s no excuse for not giving Reed meaningful minutes in Year 1. This #3 Reed pick was a waste of a pick this year because now we have to wait until next season just to see what Reed can even offer. Jalen gets chance after chance, even when he’s laying brick after brick, but Reed or Cam can’t even get in the rotation? Make it make sense. I guarantee you that if Sheppard and Cam had been consistently involved during the regular season, this Warriors series would’ve been a W, not an L. Udoka better learn from this……. because Reed might have a skill set that’s rare in this league. His shooting and passing upside is legit, but we’ll never know unless he’s given the freedom to play through mistakes like Jalen has been for three straight seasons. If Cam and Reed were given the same leash and starter minutes Jalen’s been handed, I truly believe they’d be way further along……. more reliable, more impactful, and honestly, better. It’s time to stop playing favorites and start building for real. Enough is enough.
I’m exhausted, man. I don’t even care if next season is rough……. Cam and Reed NEED to be developed. They’re both just 20 years old. They can be groomed. They will be groomed. We’ve seen Reed drop 50 in the G-League. We’ve seen Cam get buckets on anyone. There’s no excuse. Give them real minutes, real roles, and let them grow. Stop wasting talent on the bench. Let these dudes gel, and they’ll blossom into stars for us. Enough with the stubborn rotations, Udoka….. wake up!
White guy who plays for Duke? In 2025? Bruh, this **** gon be too easy, if everybody does it he may not get drafted lol.
