A different attitude than that in the summer, said it on NBA coast to coast. And post it for giggles.
i understand that is was on tv so there is no link, but can you be a little more specific with who said what?
They talked about it like it was from some legit source. Did anybody from the rockets organization say that?
Need some actual specifics here. This is no better than the last year rumors of Rockets having discussions with teams involving McGrady.
Here's a bit of details. It was reported right after they analyze how far Rockets can go this year. A guy reported from league source that Houston was always against trading Tmac before even when there was suitors. Now they are saying they are open to trade Tmac. But the market is likely to be small, with Tmac's history of injuries and scheduled to earning tremendous amount of money. That's all what was said.
What an awesome game for T-Mac. In addition to his scoring and passing, he's playing some defense and rebounding. And to think he's not close to 100% When he plays like this, look out folks. You KNOW he's going to give you this in the playoffs like every season. We just need to stay healthy.
We have to deal with this from BSPN every season now. Steven A. Smith reports some T-Mac trade news. Peter Gammons reports some Roy Oswalt trade news. Kill me already.
I would guess that a whole lot of the willingness to trade Tmac was predicated on the pie-in-the-sky idea of fetching LeBron, Bosh, or Stoudemire in 2010. Now that it is more than likely that the Knicks have sewn up two of those guys, and the third, Amare, is not necessarily gonna make us great, even paired with Yao, well, maybe that at least nudges Morey to pick up the phone when it rings. Good luck finding a good trade, though.
Has anything ever light a fire in McGrady really? If he had any pride he'd try to finish what he started and came to do in Houston. But who knows. Just wondering what would prompt Houston to involve McGrady in trade discussion all of a sudden. I dont think anything did, just seemed "in the air" to start circulating trade talks.
