FirSt they go big fishing and let Parsons get stolen by Dallas and did not get Bosh. Now D'Antoni is getting hired by Les. Howard will bail to Dallas and they will be contenders since they have a real coach who can utilize Howard and unselfish players to feed and keep him engaged. Houston fans get to wait and see if they get the #1 pick since no big fish will want to play for D'Antoni along side Harden. He comes several years of Basketball Hell...
Dallas from what I seen was suffering without a good finisher at the rim. None of their centers was even starter worthy. Carlilse is a top coach would knows how to utilize players. If any coach can revive his career Carlilse can.
Howard will go talk to Sam Amick & send passive aggressive shots through the media when they too don't give him the ball. We need to stay together We need to play the right way We gotta stay positive We gotta put our egos aside We gotta put our pride aside What makes Dallas likely? He could just as easily end up in Charlotte ... or Orlando ... or some other team [not named Dallas]. Apparently they aren't willing to max Chandler & it's not a lock he returns, FWIW. And they sure as hell aren't maxing Dwight.
Dallas media? Interesting. Which Dallas media? Eddie Sefko? Dwain Price? If he goes, he goes. BYE! Dallas is a 6-7-8 playoff contender, that's about it.
Dwight on the Mavs would be fun on 2K17 and a trainwreck in real life. In real life... Dirk doesn't like Dwight Dwight refuses to PnR and complains about touches Parsons will injure his knee for the 14th time Still paying Wes Matthews max salary
lol contenders of a 1 year window at best in which GS and SA will still dominate the WEST? Ohhhh nooooes!
Carlisle doesn't run a back-to-the-basket center system. After Orlando, LA and Houston, why should anyone believe that he's going to buy into being a PnR center and commit to not checking out / losing interest if he doesn't get his post up touches?
Exclusive: Donnie Says Mavs 'Will Work It Out' With Max Candidate Chandler Parsons (prem) By Mike Fisher DALLAS - Some Mavs observers think it’s a question. The Mavs themselves - along with the market - already know the answer. "Absolutely,’ Mavs GM Donnie Nelson tells me on the subject of Chandler Parsons and his ‘max’ free-agency summer, "we'll put our best foot forward and work something out.’' Tim MacMahonESPN Staff Writer Chandler Parsons on Dwight Howard: "I think he can still dominate the game. I think he can still be a great player in this league. And I think he's going to leave Houston, so why not come here?" Dirk Nowitzki, on the other hand, declined to comment when asked about the possibility of trying to bring Howard to Dallas, saying it's too early to discuss free agency By Eddie Sefko , Staff Writer Contact Eddie Sefkoon TwitterESefko OKLAHOMA CITY -- Last month, Mark Cuban said the Mavericks certainly will take into account the health of Chandler Parsons’ right knee, which has had two surgeries performed on it, before making a decision on a new contract. He had a minor procedure with a full recovery expected. He is already talking recruiting players. Him and Cuban did the FA recruiting last year.
Lol...Dwight has had every coach he played for fired. Even SVG, so umm.....it may be a good thing if he goes to Dallas.
You have an odd obsession with Dwight and Dallas. At this point, I don't even care much if he makes them better (though I doubt it). It isn't working here, which is my primary concern as a Rockets fan.
Dwight is the like the Trojan Horse...Looks like a great gift from the outside, but has some real issues within...
