anyone know of any? Specifically on the NE side near Humble/Kingwood.

I'm dying to play again (I'm only 24, but haven't played in 7 years) but don't know where to start.

One day a week (unfortunately I do not remember which day...perhaps Saturday), the Chronicle sports page prints a list of all sports leagues, kids, teens and adults, and contact information. That is where I would start.

    Baseball or softball?

If the latter, check out www.clubmonkey.com.

I think it'd be fun to get a Clutch City team together in something.

Well I found one online that a few guys i went to high school in the boondocks actually play in, but it appears you have to be over 25.

I'd settle for pickup games. I just want to play.

The Chronicle used to have a softball tournament every summer back in the 80's. Do they still do that? We used to get in that every year, it was a blast. Lose a game and your out of the tournament. You guys should look into that.

There used to be teams with Houston Oilers and Houston Rockets on them.

OK, there's a co-ed league starting up on July 8th, all Thursday games. There has to be 6 guys and 4 girls on the field. Cost is $500 per team. If we could get 10-15 people, I'd definitely do this.

    I'll start a list:

    RM95's Girl
    RM95

MSBL is a hardball league (msbl). They have two leagues. One for those over 30 and one for those that are under 30.

    Mens Senior Baseball League

I have been having the exact saem feelings as the thread starter, now that I play basketball all the time I would love to try playing some baseball again!

Back in Houston for the summer from Austin, so I would love to do something like this...
Is there an age minimum on that co-ed league? (19 yr. here)

    Oooh...this sounds fun.

Heh, also, whatever age requirements there are, ...screw em! Age Discriminations! Us 19 year olds are people too!
