Houston and Orlando papers-conflicting stories

    RealGM has noticed and we're working on it. My guess is the Sentinel is right. The deadline for conveying picks hasn't arrived yet, so they still have a chance to trade it away. They don't have to give it to Houston this year at all, though they do tentatively plan to pay us this year (they don't want 3 picks). So the Rockets will get it if Orlando doesn't use it in a trade. I think it is clear though that there is some condition that is keeping Orlando from giving us Dallas' #23.

    The Sentinel is also calling it a 19th pick instead of an 18th.

    Whereas the Chronicle is reporting quotes from the lips of our General Manager, Carrol Dawson. I have to side with Carrol Dawson quotes on this one, most definitely.

    Why even ask Clutch to look into this when Dawson's quotes already back up Clutch's confirmation post the day before the Chronical article came out.
