Hosting Web/SQL/Cold Fusion

    Can anyone recommend host sites for web, SQL, Cold Fusion applications? Thanks.

    i think when it comes to standard shared server webhosting...media temple is by far the best. They only do the linux version of coldfusion though so if that's a must for you, then it might not be as good as finding a host that uses nt servers.

    Why not ask Clutch who the host of the clutchcity.net site is? Clutch uses cold fusion as the backbone of the site and the clutchcity host is pretty reliable I guess.

    If you are asking this question you probably need to do some more research and ask some professionals. This is not something to ask people on the BBS because this is the type of thing that is dependent upon your needs and means.

    Actually, there are quite a few professionals on the BBS. :D

    It depends on what you want to spend. Personally, I've had really good luck with http://www.vortechhosting.com/ . They are affordable and provide good service.

    http://www.readyhosting.com/ or http://www.1planhost.com/ are very inexpensive options, but they are WIN only so you wouldn't have PHP.

    You also might want to try http://www.findahost.com/ . They have good listings.
