I know I'm getting way ahead of myself but, just out of curiosity, if the Pistons and the Rockets have the same record, who gets home court advantage in the NBA Finals?

The head to head was split 1 apiece.

no.. u only look at division records when theyre in the same division as you..

if the season series is tied.. they look at conference records

Doesn't it then come down to the nitty-gritty - like points scored in the season and point differential?

No.. u only look at conference records when theyre in the same conference as you you..

if the records are the same and the season series is tied.. they look at 6. Higher point differential between points scored and points allowed

It would be better to start on the road so we can sweep in Houston and not crappy Detroit.

At this point, if the Rockets make the finals, I don't care who gets homecourt advantage.

Yeah, if we beat two out of 3 of San Antonio, Dallas and Phoenix on the road, I don't think Detroit would be a problem.
