http://www.nypost.com/entertainment/5045.htm I don't know if this has been mention before, but it seems Hollywood has been updating many upcoming release of movies by removing any refrences of the WTC. What is the point of this? I think this is a bad idea. I found the spiderman scene kickass, but its not there anymore
Apparently the Spider Man scene (crooks nabbed in web spun between the two towers) was not going to be in the movie anyway. They said it was ust for the trailer. Whether or not that was true is open to debate. I agree that some things appear to be taken a little too far, but then again, I did not lose anyone close to me in the attack so I, obviously cannot speak from that perspective.
mrpaige, I heard that before the attacks. I can't believe that Big Trouble got moved back. I kinda understand Collateral Damage, though.
I wonder how many years before someone turns this disaster into a movie? I bet a few writers/directors have already started to think about it.
Man! I gotta get out of this funk! From what I understand about Spiderman. They had to reshoot a lot of scenes because the WTC played a hugh part of the background and set. correction: They are going to have to reshoot a lot of scenes.
I wonder if they're ever gonna air the episodes "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson" or "New Kids on the Blecch" again.
