I am surprised that he did not get picked by somebody. I am not a draft expert but I do know Price is a gamer and hopefully he will get a chance in the NBA. And this is coming from a Longhorn.
Hollis Price was not worth the risk to a lot of NBA teams because of his lack of size and a history of injury problems. However, expect him to be invited to many summer workouts, including the Rockets, I hope. He would make a competent backup for Stevie since Tito Maddox is apparently on the outs. He may even be a very good player in the league for years to come, just one of those feel-good stories you might be hearing about in the next few years.
I read some where he signed with the Cavs this weekend. Can somebody confirme? Could haev been a nice addition to the Rocks.... ALA
If true that is too bad. I had heard that the Rockets showed a little interest before the draft and because of that he wanted to try and play for them in the summer league.
