A nightmare I had last night brought me thinking to a certain dilemma. I was in prison for about a week and had to serve a small sentence for fraud or some stupid thing like that (not murder or robbery etc). My sentence was 2 years, with hope I might get out after 1 year and a half for good behavior. After a week in prison, there was this major break-out and every prisoner had the opportunity to escape. I remember hesitating whether I should stay and serve my time, or escape, live with the constant fear of being caught and my time being double or tripled. Life on the run. So, what would you do? Stay put and serve time, or escape (with the risk of being caught and getting your time increased). (not that about 50 other prisoners escape at the same time as you do with most having worst crimes, so they won't focus just on catching you).
I had a dream where I was given a brand new Ferrari, but it whenever I turned on the engine, it would blast the first 10 seconds of Wham!'s "Wake Me Up Before You Go Go" on loop until I turned the engine off. Poll: would you accept it or return it? Selling wasn't an option. Spoiler <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/sFOkv_bAHko" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Spoiler BTW I'd stay in prison in real life, but I'd escape in the dream.
Time in prison is looooong. It's 24/7. But low-offense prisons aren't scary like in the movies. In fact, I have yet to go to a prison that's scary like in the movies. (I work in prisons) But 2 years...that's a long time for my wife to be without a dude, and then it's not like it's life as usual when you get out. Have to get re-acclimated to family, life, get a new job as an ex-crook, etc.
Depends. .. . "anybody come at your yet?" sincerely, Rocket River . . . after meeting 'The Sisters' . . . . I think it makes the decision a little different
