    Urgent Plea from:
Peter Paul and the Hillary Clinton Accountability Project

From the Desk of Peter Paul

As you may know, the federal government is prosecuting Hillary Clinton’s finance chairman, David Rosen, at a trial now underway in Los Angeles, in a case based on my allegations.

If Rosen is convicted of lying in federal election records, I believe that he will spill the beans on Hillary’s involvement. I have no doubt that Hillary Clinton knew that her campaign had hidden from its election reports more than $1.2 million in expenses contributed to the Hollywood gala fund-raiser I produced for Hillary in 2000.

Former Clinton confidant Dick Morris has openly said that this case may be the only thing that can derail Hillary’s planned 2008 presidential race – one Morris believes she will win unless she is stopped.

My whistle-blowing since March 2001 has led not only to the criminal case against Rosen but also to a first-ever civil lawsuit against a senator and a president, Hillary and Bill Clinton, for fraud – for having reneged on the promises made to me to induce me to become Hillary’s largest contributor through three fund-raisers including the largest of her campaign, the Hollywood gala.

But to continue my fight in the civil fraud action – which will uncover the sordid corruption of the Clintons – I urgently need your help.

Joining me in this fight is the United States Justice Foundation (USJF), a non-profit organization that helps whistle-blowers like myself.

USJF believes that I have a good chance of bringing Bill and Hillary Clinton to account for civil charges of fraud, coercion and conspiracy.

Whether I win the lawsuit or not, the litigation could mean the end of Hillary Clinton’s plans to occupy the White House. The discovery and trial process will expose a variety of legal and ethical misconduct that should disqualify her with the voters for any future high elected office.

    ...

My family and I have paid the ultimate price for believing that truth and justice can prevail, even against the Clintons.

    ...

Please take a moment to read a letter from Gary Kreep, head of USJF, below.

    Sincerely,

    Peter Paul

From the Desk of Gary Kreep
    United States Justice Foundation

    Dear Fellow Americans:

A trial started this past week that could change the American political scene for the next 10 to 20 years.

One of U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton’s top political operatives, David Rosen, is being criminally prosecuted for failing to report $1.2 million in in-kind campaign contributions to the former first lady’s 2000 campaign for the United States Senate in New York.

Mr. Rosen is facing 15 years in prison and $750,000 in fines for his role in this election fraud cover-up.

This criminal prosecution resulted from a historic civil suit that Mr. Peter Paul, a former Clinton business associate and supporter, filed in Los Angeles County (California) Superior Court against the Clintons for fraud, coercion and conspiracy in connection with almost $2 million he spent at Mr. Clinton’s behest.

Peter Paul has demonstrated his courage and tenacity over the last four years in demanding that Hillary Clinton be held accountable for the largest campaign finance fraud ever.

Mr. Paul and his family of five have been threatened, and he has been indicted for actions he took to save his public company after Bill Clinton contributed to its collapse.

In challenging the leadership of the Democratic Party in his claims of corruption and criminal misconduct surrounding his contributions to Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaign, he has lost the fortune that he spent a lifetime amassing.

As a result of his singular crusade for accountability, the first-ever indictment of a senator’s campaign finance director has brought to Senator Clinton’s doorstep evidence of criminal misconduct that can be linked to her personally.

After making seven separate proffers to the U.S. Justice Department since March 2001, detailing Hillary Clinton’s personal role in Mr. Rosen’s criminal misconduct, Mr. Paul has been advised that Hillary will not be a “target” for prosecution.

The judge in David Rosen’s trial has just announced that Mrs. Clinton will not be called as a witness.

We are not surprised by this. We believe that once convicted, Rosen may have a change of heart and reveal Hillary’s true role.

Still, we believe the best means of requiring Hillary Clinton to finally testify under oath regarding her role in the election fraud that may well incarcerate her top staff member will be in the discovery and trial of Peter Paul’s civil fraud case.

This means that Senator Clinton will either have to tell the truth about her involvement in this fraud, commit perjury, or plead the “Fifth Amendment.”

In any event, this will be the only time she will be compelled to answer questions about her fund-raising activities under oath.

    ...

The trial of Mr. Rosen is well based in fact and in law. In fact, one of the star witnesses against Mr. Rosen will be Senator Ted Kennedy’s brother-in-law, Raymond Reggie, a well-known political fund-raiser for the Clintons.

Mr. Raymond became an FBI informant, was wired by the FBI to obtain incriminating statements from Mr. Rosen about his culpability in the crimes alleged against him, and succeeded beyond expectations in obtaining explosive admissions that will be presented in court.

Other Democratic political operatives will also be testifying against Mr. Rosen.

We believe all of these developments have become a nightmare for Hillary Clinton and her ambitions.

However, for the time being, the only way Mrs. Clinton will ever be called into court to answer for her own acts will be in the civil case of Paul vs. Clinton et al.

Since the California Supreme Court refused to grant the Clintons’ motion to dismiss them from Paul’s fraud case in November 2004, we are assured that discovery will proceed shortly.

    ...

To be quite honest, this is one of the most important projects in the 26-year history of USJF, part of our ongoing campaign to fight corruption in our government.

As part of this fight, USJF has established a legal defense fund, as well as public education campaign, under the HILLARY CLINTON ACCOUNTABILITY PROJECT.

We estimate that it will take over $1 million to assemble the strongest team to fight through all of the legal challenges that the Clintons’ top Washington lawyers, led by impeachment counsel David Kendall, will invent to stop and delay the civil suit.

Depositions of former President Clinton, Senator Clinton, and all the “A List” Hollywood witnesses who can shed light on this case, and the investigators necessary to adequately prepare, are very expensive.

The Clintons have already taken this matter up on appeal several times, even before they have begun discovery, trying to stop it from even getting to the stage where they can be questioned about what they knew and what they did.

Those tactics have failed, and the case is about to move forward at a quick pace.

USJF needs the help of concerned citizens such as you, who believe that high public officials like Senator Clinton are not above the law and should be held accountable for their misconduct.

Frankly, we must raise at least $1 million as soon as we can, in order to fund the attorneys, paralegals, investigators and all of the support staff and necessary expenses so they can prepare the best case possible to ensure that, once and for all, Hillary Rodham Clinton understands and respects the Rule of Law and the fair and equal application of the law that has made this nation as great as it is.

All funds that USJF receives from you will go into a separate segregated fund, used solely to pay for Mr. Paul’s civil suit against the Clintons and any related expenses.

We here at USJF have agreed to stand by Mr. Paul in this fight to make those who feel they are above the law obey the law.

We hope you feel the same way and will make a tax-deductible contribution to USJF to help us and, more importantly, to help Mr. Paul in this fight.

You can help us fight this battle ...

    Sincerely,

    Gary G. Kreep

Does this mean you no longer support Hillary, Giddy?

Will it mean the Democrats might not be able to count on your support should she run in 2008?

    "Hillary's Downfall"

"She has managed to transform her approval ratings from 36 percent (April 2000) to 65 percent (last week). Among married women, her most surprising problem-constituency in 2000, her numbers are now at 64 percent. The latest Quinnipiac polls even show she’d beat Rudy if he ran against her for Senate in 2006. Rope lines don’t bother her now; she’s more relaxed around the press. Pete King remembers going to a new-firehouse dedication with her not long after September 11. “I’m sure most of those guys voted for Bush,” he says. “But by the time the event was over, there were more flashbulbs going off . . . One on one, she’s very engaging.”"

Republicans are running scared. They know the pendulum is starting to swing in the other direction, and they can't do a thing about it.

Thanks for the laugh. Remind me, which branch of government do the Demoncrats control? Thanks. Running scared? That's just hilarious. Almost as funny as some of your election predictions. How'd those turn out for ya?

Hillary representing the Dems in the 2008 election would be the best news any Republican could hope for.

I agree on both accounts, as a lifelong Democrat--I think Dems cricle the wagons like Repubs do...not so strange.

Well if they knew what was best for their party, probably a drugged out left-wing kook with waist length hair and a tie-dye.
