    Yeah, camera man is a classic troll/jerk. But those guys are also idiots for thinking they have any expectation of privacy in the middle of freaking Time Square in the afternoon. I mean, it's freaking Times Square, with more cameras per acre than some entire countries put together.

    If you don't want some perv filming your daughter's butt while she makes unnatural poses, then don't do it in the middle of the world's busiest street intersection.

    Video taping a minor without the legal guardian's permission is against the law and the mother could've called the police for that.

    I'm in the cameraman's camp here about "being in public." He can do whatever he wants in public... but... eh, there's a gray area of what "his intentions" are, and what can be proven.

    Still, the dude with the camera was wrong in just pointing the lens at the girl. :eek:

    The people in the shoot's camp could have used the reflector to cover the guy's lense and... [prrrrrrrr... drumroll... prrrrrrr] diffuse the situation. ;)
