Hey YOU! Your GM for the day....What moves would you make?

    Say you were given a chance to be GM for the day of any team in the league. What team would you pick and why? And what change would you make?

    Sign Drew Henson, trade Carr for a combination of draft picks/defensive players.

    My bad, wrong forum.

    If its the NBA, I would be the GM of Dallas. Get rid of Jamison for Kwame Brown + fillers. Who knows, Brown might just need a change of scenery and might have some potential. Brown brings some potential inside presence.

    Also get rid of Nelson and bring in Rudy T. At least Rudy might teach some defense and can help to develop Brown.

    Id prolly be Dallas too... cept I would trade Nash, Jamison and Nowitski to Houston for Cat, MoT and Moochie!

    I would trade Duncan for Francis, Cato, a pick, and the trade exception. We really need more flash and less substance in our game, and we have Malik Rose to play power forward anyway. I think I could convince CD to go for it.

    Oh, and the Rockets new lineup

    1 - Mobley, Moochie
    2 - Piakowski, Jackson
    3 - Jackson, Griffin, Nachbar
    4 - Duncan, Taylor
    5 - Yao, Amechi

    I think you'd have to take Cat out and put in someone else instead, because Dallas would be ripping us off!:)

    I'd prolly take ahold of the Bulls. These would be the moves I'd make:

    Rewind history........re-trade Jalen back to us....un-sign Scottie.....un-draft Hinrich.

    Now where it stands, I would be waiting on draft night, seeing who to take....and my choice would be Jarvis Hayes. He would be a perfect fit at that SG/SF spot and could back up Jalen. My lineup looks like this:

    C:Curry
    PF:Chandler/Marshall/Fizer
    SF:Rose/Hayes/Robinson
    SG:Crawford/Rose/Hayes
    PGCrawford

    Now you throw together a trade for another scorere who'd make good use of time given to play. Ricky Davis would be a perfect fit in my opinion. Throw Robinson for Ricky Davis straight swap. More to come once I figure out the rest.

    we don't need a thread like this. Just go read the GARM after a loss and see how many people think they know more than JVG, CD and Rudy T. all combined.
