Johnny, the teams available are: San Diego Padres Pittsburg Pirates Cincinnati Reds Montreal Expos Milwaukee Brewers Detroit Tigers Texas Rangers Tampa Bay Devil Rays You can see team rosters/player ratings etc. at the current site As for how the league works, well its fairly simple. Just a matter of posting rosters, making trades, signing free agents etc. Drop by the chat if you can and you'll get filled in.
Just pick a team, and post it here, so we have something official. Free agency is tomorrow in chat. The draft will be the following day. There's a roster thread and a transaction thread. A quick glance should show you how to use each one. The website is at the site given, although the ccnet extension varies from ccnet to ccnet2 and ccnet3. The server isn't great, so it depends.
